Singapore - March 1, 2005 - YSL Beaute, one of the world’s leading cosmetics and personal care brands has selected Lingua Tech (LT), specialists in localization solutions and multiple language translation, to translate its new and established product lines for Asian markets for 2005-2006.

YSL Beaute’s exclusive lines of beauty and skincare products require careful and extensive localization to reach out to the various markets in Asia. The task incorporates translation of 8 languages for countries including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and Thailand. These countries represent over 70% of the regional cosmetics market.

LT was selected because of its ability to manage multiple languages while utilizing qualified native translators with relevant subject experience, coordinating with various language professionals in the region to provide YSL Beaute with a one-stop localization solution. Coordination and review of translated materials with YSL regional offices will be managed entirely by a dedicated project team from LT.

In addition to language and graphic localization, LT will also provide design consultancy for YSL Beaute’s skincare programs for its fall and winter collections for Asia.
